Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens. All I ask is that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me honor my time and also offer openings to other clients who may be waiting.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the service booked.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
• You’re always welcome to reschedule anytime before the 24-hour window at no charge.
